What we do
Tool & Fixture Support – Design/Manufacturing
Guarantee in cost, quality and deadline from project start to the final validation.
With experienced and qualified professionals, we render a wide spectrum of services concerning development, construction and validation of tooling, ensuring established parameters for quality and productivity, in accordance with the schedules customized with their clients.
Correct tooling, at the right moment.
We conduct projects, render services and allocate personnel that is specialized in manufacturing tooling, whether in stamping, injection of plastics or packaging. We act in activities such as:
- Technical support to a project and “in loco” follow-up for tooling execution.
- Technical visits of tooling and equipment, with the objective of satisfying start up programs and production of suppliers of finished products.
- Technical support in solving problems and providing specialized workforce, in the application of processes such as Risk Assessment.
- Audit of existing tooling, distributed in the production chain, obtaining a technical diagnosis of the current tooling status and its use conditions, such as preventive and corrective maintenance, enabling decision-making if a tooling rehabilitation is needed, substitution of the providing source and/or increased production capacity.
- MoldFlow, analysis of the best product filling condition, identifying the adequate injection system, as well as the critical plastification spots of the product.
- Cooling, definition of the system and positioning of the product refrigeration spots during the injection cycle, improving the efficacy of the mold.
- Stampability – StanPack – simulation of tugging, flanging, verifying stretching, blank rupture using the final calibration of the stamped item.
- Management of mandatory modifications in tooling, performing the planning of the parts bank necessary to stop tooling, assessing the technical feasibility and ensuring the correct introduction of the mandatory modifications within the planned deadline.
